Cutting

Through the supreme level of excellence and cutting-edge technologies (using German saw machines “Holzma” for cutting), we can cut a wide variety of details of different shapes for the furniture You manufacture.
Cutting is not limited by only section by 90-degree angle. True beauty lies in the diversity of endless forms, and we call it – a figurative cutting that expresses the most extraordinary demands of our clients.

Drilling

According to a pre-agreed drawing we will drill all the necessary furniture elements with high precision (0.2 mm accuracy!), we will check everything carefully and package securely. This service is available for furniture manufacturers. We are here to make the production of non-standard furniture of the most unexpected shapes simple and fast.

Milling

With the help of CNC milling machine, we mill the table-tops and laminated chipboards according to Your wishes (shapes or drawings), we prepare grooves for hardboard backs, insert the handles and etc.

Pressing

New potential for HPL facades and larger choice options for Your furniture. Not only a wider assortment of spectrum of colours – principally it is much higher quality of facades: better resistance to abrasion and water, also a flawless surface smoothness. Using hot press method we paste high-pressure laminate on your selected raw boards – on chipboards or wood dust boards.

Painting

We only choose highest quality MDF to paint and work with carefully selected primer and paint manufacturers. We can obtain any color of your choice from the RAL or NCS palette. Painted MDF is a perfect choice for those who are looking for a very specific color. We can also mill palets or handles before painting, so the final product will be very solid and smooth. MDF painting is a consistent process. This is why we have high-qualified employees and use only decent primer and paint. To make painting even more accurate, we prefer human hands and quality tools intsead of linear devices. This assures that every detail is painted very carefully and the spectrum of colors is maximum wide. Each process from milling to painting is checked by quality controllers, so we are sure that furniture from our painted MDF will bee used and enjoyed for a long time. The ones who thrive for nature, are able to choose laquered or painted natural wood veneer. Together we can create beautiful furniture and interior details!

Polishing

We are able to produce 96% glossy painted MDF! We start with choosing the best high-quality MDF, milling necessary details and painting with selected color. Finally, we accurately polish the surface of MDF in order to obtain the best result and color intensity. Our high-qualified employees and experience allow us to choose quality materials and tools for polishing. Most of the work is automated and optimized so that the order would be processed quickly. Assembling

Right after materials were processed it is time to merge all details to one. We always strongly recommend considering the possibility to assemble furniture in the factory. It is not that we want to take this inspiring moment to ourselves, it simply lets us critically evaluate results, guarantee that the project was implemented successfully and the quality is satisfying.
